Malaysian Ex-PM Lambasts Israel for Palestine Conflict

As the Israeli-Hamas war continues, the ‘US Prepares for Significant Escalation Against Troops in the Middle East,’ due to several recent attacks on American military troops in Syria and Iraq, which anonymous U.S. officials, without evidence, claimed there “were Iranian fingerprints all over.” The anonymous source also said they are “preparing for this escalation, both in terms of defending our forces and being prepared to respond decisively.” The translation is that it seems the United States is ramping up for war in the Middle East.

A hidden fourth option which nobody wants to talk about would be to address the uncomfortable fact that Israeli intelligence probably allowed the Hamas attack to happen. It seems highly unlikely that Hamas spent two years coordinating and openly training for an attack of unprecedented scale and sophistication involving motorboats, drones and motorized paragliders in an enclosed area the size of Philadelphia which also happens to be one of the most spied-on places on earth, and that the attack was carried out so successfully even Hamas was surprised at how many Israelis they were able to kill and capture because it went completely undetected by Israeli intelligence those entire two years despite being warned by Egyptian intelligence that an attack was coming, and despite the fact that US intelligence was aware of unusual activity by Hamas on October 6.

This week on his YouTube channel, Dr. Mahathir offered some sobering thoughts about the Palestine-Israeli conflict, which clash with the western nation’s characterization of the good guys in Israel fighting the terrorists of Hamas. His comments remind us that there are no innocent parties in this conflict. Here’s what he said, and the video follows the script.

Oct 12, 2023 THE PLIGHT OF THE PALESTINIAN

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.

May peace be upon you.

1. For 70 years the Israelis have been oppressing and subjecting Palestinians on their own land.

2. Almost daily the Israeli forces have randomly killed a few Palestinians and claimed that those killed are terrorists.

3. Who decides whether the Palestinians killed were terrorists or not? If they are suspected to be terrorists why don’t they arrest them and put them on trial?

4. They have been labelling Hamas as terrorists. But isn’t Hamas reacting as any people who had been pushed to a corner? Isn’t theirs the reaction of a people who feels helpless and had lost hope of getting help from nations proclaiming to be defenders or justice and humanity.

5. Isn’t it only expected for Hamas and any other Palestinian for that matter, who had been subjected to Israel’s occupation, bullying, massacres, genocide and apartheid, to react as what we witness today?

6. And we are also witness today of Israel’s efforts to out-terrorise Hamas. Actually, all these while it is Israel which is the terrorist, terrorising Palestinians without any sense of guilt or remorse.

7. They had killed children and babies and justified it that it was stopping them from growing up to be terrorists.

8. With that, Israel justifies murders and killings of children and babies. Doubly nauseating, they are backed by the West and the United States, which not only kept mum while Israel committed the war crimes, were even supplying arms to the murderous regime.
