Ivan, this is an excellent idea. I have been thinking about this for some Notes.
When posting a Note; copy it then, post it as a standard email post.
I have a difficulty in "tracking back" previous Notes, in the system, so if they are copied in the post list in the substack site under your account -- it's then easy to find again if you ever need it.
The only thing that might be an issue is, if you do a lot of those Notes. They will tend to become too numerous in some inboxes. I would only do it for some Notes.
On Google:
This story is all about trying to keep the Anti Trust Laws relevant; which in light of the Censorship, actively exercised against Individual Expression on the Internet -- is really a moot point. Google technology, such as browser, search engine etc... function well technically, the primary problem with Google is it's administrative policies. I might think differently if there is a true above board effort to destroy the algorithms for Surveillance, Tracking and Censorship.
Glad you like the Note idea. Yes I can't track my previous notes either, so I got in the habit of keeping a folder of them, and then I hit on this idea. If you write lots of notes through the week - I suggest keep the URL's that lead you back to it and then send out one email by posting it on your Substack with all the multiple notes. :)
Indeed, the illusions continue! I like the Note notification.
And about the illusions...

Thanks for that.
🙏🏻 💜 🙏🏻 Most welcome!
I already have too much to read with one fading eye and the other in landfill.
