Xi Jinping Set the Covid-19 Pandemic Policies

Today in China there are millions, perhaps hundreds of millions, of people experiencing the harshest of Covid-19 lock-downs, endless PCR testing, and quarantines, because the Chinese Communist Party is insisting on its dynamic zero-Covid policy.

I will resist the impulse to comment on the ineffectiveness, or utter in-humaneness of this, because I want to focus solely what I have addressed in the title, which is that all of the Covid-19 policies for the virus pandemic management, which turned hundreds of years of science and medicine, and all pre-existing pandemic plans upside down, started in China, with the Chinese Communist Party, and that since the beginning in 2020 Xi Jinping has been in charge.

So, when we consider all the policies we have lived through, lockdowns, social distancing, facemasks, quarantines, vaccines, apps, PCR testing, all of it is in fact the Chinese Communist Party’s pandemic management plan, and because Xi is the supreme leader of the party, we can refer to it as: ‘Xi Jinping’s Covid-19 policies,’ because China did it all first.

Never in the history of humanity, nor in the history of disease management, have this set of policies ever been used in the name of public health. In fact Nick Hudson, the founder of PANDA-Pandemic Data & Analytics commented that until Covid-19 happened the people promoting these ideas were considered to be “fringe lunatics.”

In this recent South China Morning Post article, dated the 30th of March 2020, Jack Lau tells us that:

“A Chinese state media editorial has reaffirmed China’s commitment to its “dynamic zero-Covid” strategy to contain the coronavirus, detailing what it said was Chinese President Xi Jinping’s role in fighting the latest surge in cases.

The editorial by state news agency Xinhua appeared to end suggestions that the country should try to live with Covid-19 after a nationwide spread of the Omicron variant cast doubt on China’s long-standing strategy of mass lockdowns, testing and contact tracing.”

So, the Chinese government is now doubling down on its Covid-19 policies. Xi Jinping refuses to allow his citizens to “live with Covid-19.” But the next line in Jack Lau’s article caught my eye, inspired this article, and demanded a little extra research to justify this premise.

‘It said Xi had personally drawn up the policy and led the fight for zero-Covid.”

What the state media editors were saying is that all of the Covid-19 pandemic management policies, especially in this round, which are the harshest response in China to date, were drawn up by the leader of the Chinese Communist Party, and he is leading the fight.

Is Xi Jinping a doctor? A virologist? A public health expert?

I read his Wikepedia profile just in case I had missed something. And all he has studied, apart from Marxist-Leninist philosophy and the politics of the CCP, is chemical engineering. No evidence of qualifications to set and implement national guidelines for pandemic management in China.

But that is what he is doing.

In a recent China Uncensored video, Chris Chappel showed a short clip of this Chinese public health worker bullying a Chinese citizen, who was clearly asking questions about what they were doing. This is what the offical said:

“You can’t do whatever you want—unless you’re in America. This is China. Listen clearly. I don’t need to say anything else. Stop asking me why. There is no why. We have to adhere to national guidelines.”

The official is spelling it out clearly. All of China’s Covid-19 policies come from the top. What the official is saying is this is a Marxist-fascist state run by the dictator Xi Jinping, who has set the ‘national guidelines,’ so shut up and do as you are told.

Sound familiar?

On Thursday the 5th of May, the leader of the Chinese Communist Party, Xi Jinping, chaired a meeting of the Politburo Standing Committee, which is made up of a group of 7 of the most powerful communist leaders in the country. Xi made a speech that reiterated his Covid-19 policies, which included these comments:

“We should have a profound, complete, and comprehensive understanding of the epidemic prevention and control policies set by the Party Central Committee.”

“And unswervingly adhere to the dynamic zero-Covid policy.”

“We will resolutely struggle against all words and deeds that distort, doubt, and deny our pandemic prevention policies.”

So, the Party Central Committee, which presumably is also chaired by Xi Jinping, sets the Covid-19 policy responses, issues it as national guidelines, and then ruthlessly censors and clamps down on anyone who attempts to question or resist their policies. A group of totalitarian politicians making public health decisions that affect over a billion people in their country.

Does this sound familiar to you?

My premise for this article is that Xi Jinping personally created and owns the Covid-19 policy playbook, which the World Health Organization foisted on the world, along with the help of Bill Gates cheerleading. I dig a little searching and came up with this June 2020 White Paper: Fighting Covid-19 China In Action.

In this paper, which details all of China’s reponses to the SARS-CoV-2 virus outbreak from December 2019 through to June 2020, we see further confirmation that Xi Jinping has been in charge of the response to the coronavirus pandemic since the start. It states:

“The Communist Party of China (CPC) and the Chinese government have addressed the epidemic as a top priority, and taken swift action. General Secretary Xi Jinping has taken personal command, planned the response, overseen the general situation and acted decisively, pointing the way forward in the fight against the epidemic.

Committee, presided over a meeting of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and issued instructions on the prevention and control of a possible epidemic of the pneumonia of unknown cause in Wuhan.

February 3: Xi Jinping chaired a meeting of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee. He required that epidemic control measures be improved and strengthened and that the principle of early detection, reporting, quarantine and treatment be strictly observed.

Under the strong leadership of the CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping at its core, China has put in place an efficient system under which the central authorities exercise overall command, while local authorities and all sectors follow the leadership and instructions of the central authorities, perform their respective duties, and cooperate with each other.

General Secretary Xi Jinping takes charge of Covid-19 response. Attaching high importance to Covid-19 prevention and control, Xi Jinping assumed full command over the control efforts from the very beginning.

He called for a nationwide effort to block the spread of the virus and defeat it.”

In global public health today, the 3 most powerful men, which are directing the policies that affect all 7.753 billion people on planet earth, are Xi Jinping, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, and Bill Gates.

In China we have Xi Jinping, the head of the coronavirus task force, who has a degree in chemical engineering, and he sets the national Covid-19 policies, all of which China has led the world in doing first.

The World Health Organization is run by Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, who while he has a science degree and has completed a Doctor of Philosophy in community health, doesn’t appear to ever have been a doctor that treats patients. However he is in charge of the organization that creates global health policy responses for Covid-19 and circulates it worldwide to 193 member nations that follow these guidelines according to the International Health Regulations of 2005.

And lastly there is Bill Gates, a university drop out who made it big in the computer industry, but couldn’t stop the viruses that attack his own software products, and used his fortune to transform himself into a global self-appointed public health Czar.

The 3 most powerful men in global public health today, Xi, Tedros, and Bill, and not a medical degree between them.

But we must give credit where credit is due. Xi Jinping, demands the credit, and the Chinese Communist Party through their media and their documents, give him the credit for setting the Covid-19 policies, for the lockdowns, for the quarantines, for all of it.

So I suggest that from here on in we all give Xi Jinping the credit he deserves by referring to the pandemic management policies that started in China in early 2020, which turned science and medicine upside down, as:

Xi Jinping’s (pseudo-science) Covid-19 policies.

We have seen that Xi Jinping’s Covid-19 policies were implemented around the world in almost every single country, which has been devastating humanity, devastating public health, and devastating the economy. If for no other reason it is important to remind the world regularly that these policies began, and end with Xi Jinping.
